I always have powerful vivid dreams when I sleep in my car. I don't know if it's the semi-hammock position of the reclined front seat, the cock-pit space ship feeling, or what. All the 2012 research has been percolating through my subconscious, I expect it to have ever increasing effects on my dreams. Today my dream experience was very emotional and powerful. The feeling, the understanding of the experience was so potent. The setting was the collapse of Mayan civilization. I was with Sarah and we were fully immersed in the social psychology of the moment. We felt the intensity of being in cultural moment of imminent demise, though feeling the urgency to somehow preserve knowledge for the future evolution of humanity. We knew we may not make it out of the fiery pyramid landscape, but the fruits of the culture had to be somehow protected and projected into the future. There was a dark spiritual mystical sense of doom. It was the point of undeniability, it was not longer a scoffed at, no longer a laughable notion, it was upon us. The end not of the whole world, but of an iteration of human culture. a way of life, the end of the world of a society, the end of an age, with a slim chance of survival into the future. Taking survey of what might still exist. What might remain. We saw the skeleton face painted Mayan mystics, the chaos, the meltdown, the release.
